Forrest Fenn is a writer, gallery owner, and former fighter Pilot. For many years Fenn and his wife, Peggy were owners the famous Fenn Gallery in Santa Fe New Mexico. Forrest Fenn has written many books about artists. He has also published his memoirs in several volumes including The Thrill of the Chase and Too Far to Walk. Fenn has attracted national attention since he announced that he has buried a treasure of gold and jewels worth more than a million dollars somewhere in the Rocky Mountains.

Guest: Dale Lotreck: Writer, Poet, Screenwriter, Reformed Graffiti Artist

Dale Lotrek's  life has been an odesssy from the suburban deserts of Connecticut to the urban desert of NYC, to Texas and finally to the true high desert landscape of New Mexico. Some of that journey is chronicled as fiction in his book Ruby Leaving Texas. Lotreck's writing career began in the 1980s on the lower east side of N Y where he was the notorious graffiti artist…Whiteboy. Under the category of graffiti, Lotreck created murals -some with statements included. His latest book , published last year, is All Those Pretty Bottles: Thoughts and Observations at the End of the World

Elizabeth J. Church grew up in Los Alamos, NM. It was an environment that gave her access both to nature and to female teachers who had advanced degrees in mathematics, chemistry, physics, biology, and other disciplines. Church practiced law for more than thirty years, focusing on mental health and constitutional law issues. A catastrophe in her life sent her in a new direction…back to her original dream of writing. She walked away from the law and wrote The Atomic Weight of Love

Robert Mayer is the author of fifteen books. Three of his books have been reissued in new editions during the past few years. They include Superfolks, which (for better or worse) altered the treatment of super heroes in comics and movies forever; Notes of a Baseball Dreamer, a memoir about growing up as a wannabe major leaguer in New York City; and The Dreams of Ada, the true story of two men spending life in prison for a murder they did not commit.  Mayer's articles have appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Vanity Fair, New York Magazine, Condé Naste Traveler,and many other publications.
