Jason Berry's has just come out with a new book, CITY OF A MILLION DREAMS: A History of New Orleans at Year 300. He is the author of 10 books and countless articles. He is also a playwright and film maker. Berry is best known for his pioneering investigative reporting into the crisis of clergy sexual abuse in the Catholic Church. His ground-breaking book LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION was published 10 years before the Boston Globe expose on the same subject.  Two more landmark books about the vatican followed.

Berry's articles and editorials have appeared in many publications including the New York Times Magazine, the Los Angeles Times Magazine, the Irish Times, Southern Living and the Boston Globe.

Berry is also a recognized expert on the city of New Orleans and Jazz. This latest book, CITY OF A MILLION DREAMS tells the story of his home town through the lives of its most fascinating inhabitants.
